An en-suite goes through exactly the same process as a main bathroom: strip-out, first fix plumbing and electrics, pressure testing, preparation, tanking and waterproofing, tiling, second fix and handover. Each stage is checked before the next begins.
A straightforward en-suite keeping the existing layout usually takes five working days. If the layout changes, it can take up to ten.
An en-suite is usually smaller than a main bathroom, so you'll need fewer tiles and less adhesive, which lowers the materials cost. The labour is much the same, as our team spends a similar amount of time on site either way.
